Intended use and data handling
Talk2View is for education, research and general information. Before you build on it, check that your app fits.
Not a medical device
Talk2View is not a medical device. It isn't regulated or approved as software as a medical device or as a clinical-grade tool, and it isn't for diagnosis, treatment or other healthcare use, whether by you or by the people using your app.
Nothing the assistant says is medical advice. Its replies are generated by AI and can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.
Keep patient data out
Don't send Talk2View protected health information (PHI), medical records, or any other patient-identifiable or sensitive data. That covers everything that reaches the assistant: messages, attached files, voice, and the results your tools return.
Talk2View doesn't detect, remove or block this kind of data for you. What your users type, attach or say is sent to third-party AI and speech-to-text providers to produce a reply, and those providers handle it under their own terms.
